IRCO Rental Facilities

We offer a choice of meeting room space that includes a 1,344 square-foot gymnasium, small and large classrooms and a board room. You can rent space individually for specified time periods, or in combination to meet your business, community, non-profit or other organizational needs. We give 5% off for a room rental over 5 hours and 10% for a room rental over 8 hours. See below for a schedule of rates, or click here to see a Frequently-Asked Questions list.

Kitchen Availability

A fully equipped kitchen is available for use with your meeting, conference, or event. The kitchen is located by the gymnasium with easy access for large gatherings, and is equipped with a regular size refrigerator/freezer, microwave and oven, sink and counter/prep space. You will need to arrange your your own catering and cooking services—IRCO does not provide these services.

Hours of operation for the gym are from 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.
